Housing and Residential Life offers a limited number of one and two bedroom guest apartments. They are located in the DeRoy and University Tower apartments and are available on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. Residents or University personnel may reserve these apartments to accommodate themselves or visiting relatives/guests. Guests units fill up quickly, therefore it is recommended to make your reservations early. Below are our guest unit types and pricing.
DeRoy One Bedroom Apartment
$70 daily rate, $392 weekly rate and $1470 monthly rate
DeRoy and University Tower Two Bedroom Apartments
$75 daily rate, $420 weekly rate and $1575 monthly rate
How to reserve a guest unit
To reserve a guest unit, please contact Chris Bowen at email@example.com. If a unit is available, you will receive a contract and an amount for your entire stay. You must return this contract and pay for your stay in full within five business days of making your reservation. Once your contract and payment has been received you will receive an email confirmation for your reservation. Check-in for all guest units begins at 1:00pm and check-out is 11:00am sharp.
All guest units are air conditioned and are furnished. Units come with towels and linen; however are a guests responsibility to clean throughout your stay. Laundry rooms are provided throughout the apartment buildings. It costs a $1.50 to wash and $1.25 to dry. All apartments also include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, cookware, utensils, television, iron and ironing board. Most apartments also come with wireless internet and basic cable.

In the event that a guest unit is not available for your stay on campus, we can recommend two other area hotels that are in the area.
