Returning Students

Housing & Residential Life encourages all upper class students, who want to live in the residence halls, to participate in Priority Room Selection The advantage of participating in Priority Room Selection is that students have the opportunity to pick the exact room they want to live in, and, if a student knows who they would like to live with, they can sign up with their roommate. If you choose not to participate in priority room selection, don’t worry! Individuals can apply online! Remember, apply early as there is a limited number of spaces available on campus. The dates of Priority Room Selection vary by year but normally occur in late February or early March. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at housing@wayne.edu or call us at 313-577-2116.

Priority Room Selection (2013-2014 Academic Year)

License Agreements for Priority Room Selection will be available online at housing.wayne.edu, February 1, 2013.

Residence Halls/Furnished Apartment Residents

All students participating in Priority Room Selection, wishing to live in any of our residence halls or furnished apartment spaces, must complete the Priority Room Selection Residence Hall/Furnished Apartment License Agreement online.
