Reserving Your Space - What to Bring
How to Reserve Your Space if You Are:
New to Housing:
- Complete the Towers Residential Suites Application. Once you have applied to the university you can download the Towers Residential Suites Application or pick one up at the front desk of any residence hall.
- Submit the Application with $150 (Security Deposit & Application Fee). You will owe a total of $150.00 - $100 is your security/damage deposit for the year plus a $50 non-refundable application fee. Bring your check or money order and application to the Housing Office.
- Sign a Housing Contract. On the sign-up dates you will receive a housing & meal plan contract for the 2009-2010 school year, which you will need to complete, sign, and submit to Housing staff that day in order to sign up for a specific room.
- Submit a Group Application Form or Quiet Floor Agreement. Groups of students may apply to live on a floor together. If you have 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 students who would like to live in a group download the Group Application and bring the completed application with you to the appropriate sign up date. In addition, a quiet floor is going to be offered for students with a focus on a quiet study environment. Download a Quiet Floor Agreement and bring the completed agreement with you to the appropriate sign up date. Copies of these forms can be found at the forms link to the left and will also be available at any residence hall front desk.
