First-year Student Housing License Agreement Opens
Students should review and sign the Housing License Agreement (HLA) and update student information online with the non-refundable $125 processing fee. Please note this is a legally binding agreement between the student and the university once it is electronically signed. Students under 18 must have their legal guardian review, agree to, and sign HLA.
After a student has completed an HLA and submitted the non-refundable $125 processing fee, they will be eligible to create a roommate group. This allows the captain (the person in the group with the earliest HLA date and time) to create a roommate group and bring members into a roommate group.
Wednesday, March 19-Sunday, August 10, 2025
First-year Student Self-Selection and Room Change Period Opens
A student's completed agreement date and time will determine when they can select a room. The earliest agreement submission date will determine the earliest access for students to select a room. First-year students will be able to see and select from open spaces in First-Year Residential Experience buildings (Chatsworth Suites and Ghafari Hall) during their assigned selection time or any time after.
-
During this period, students can change their room selection once per day. (Students must have an existing assignment to request a change.)
- Be sure to review the costs of each type of room before confirming the room change; rates vary by building and room type.
