Skyfactor Benchworks Survey: Share the Story of Your Experience

All non-staff residents have been invited to take a survey about their living and dining experience at Wayne State University. The survey begins Monday, January 8, 2024 and is anonymous. Your thoughtful feedback will help us improve our efforts and services so that we may help you and future residents be more successful. The survey ends at midnight, Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

Why is this important?

This survey is important for the work that we do in the Office of Housing and Residential Life and helps us to understand the successes and areas of improvement for our residential program.  Residents will be able to provide feedback related to their satisfaction on our services, their learning, and their overall experience related to living on campus.  We use this data to make improvements to our program to ensure the best experience for all residents living in our communities.

What are we doing with the information?

We learn a lot from our residents and value the feed that is shared with us! Here's how we use your feedback:

• Sharing direct feedback and information with our campus partners
• Review the information with all levels of our staff during training sessions and staff meetings
• Make meaningful connections to our residential curriculum and provide key points of action to residential staff throughout the academic year.
