Job Purpose


Our Community Director professionals provide leadership in residence operations in a way that maintains positive, multicultural, and learning-centered communities. They facilitate and develop a nurturing residential community. The Community Director position is a three (3) year term-limited position with the opportunity for the fourth year at institutional discretion.

We are seeking professionals that have a student-focused approach to student development, a positive attitude, a desire to contribute positively to a team and are seeking opportunities to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment. A Masters' degree in higher education, student development or related field is very strongly preferred.
